CANCELLATION POLICY
A non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. This retainer is applied toward your total service cost and is non-refundable. If you cancel online before 24 hours your deposit can be transferred once within the next 14 days; Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. •Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 25% cancellation fee. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service booked. • Arriving 10 minutes late may result in appointment cancellation and will be treated as a no-show. Same-day cancellations for any reason are considered no-shows. There are absolutely NO exceptions. Please communicate if there is an illness or emergency. Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate service refusal and may require full prepayment for any future bookings.
